TAKE ME HOME

It's been a week since I came back from a super short vacation and I already miss the place and the people so much. Catching up with an old friend who I haven't had bonding/long chit chat for almost 8 years is one of the best thing I did during the weekend. Unfortunately, we forgot to take a photo of us together.

Taking outfit photos of my sister in different location consumed my 3-day vacation. I'm her instant photographer and driver, we're always looking for new places as a good background. You can visit her blog here.

And... We celebrated my parents 30th wedding anniversary with a simple breakfast and dinner. I love them so much!
I can't wait to get back home soooon!

PAN DE AMERIKANA

There's this moment when I have nothing to say or write in my posts. I'm more of a photographer than a writer, so most of the time I let the picture speak for itself. Ehem, excuses.
Here's what I wore to the birthday of my favorite Ninang, Tita Jacoh. Happy Birthday Tita Jacoh!!! A very comfy look, perfect for a sunny day. We had lunch at Pan de Amerikana in Marikina. I found the place very cool, because of its unique interior. I always see in pre nuptial pictures this huge/very big chess board and wondering where is this place? In my surprise, as I enter the restaurant I saw this huge chess board and of course immediately took the opportunity to take photos with it.
Have you been to this place? Can you recommend a unique restaurant, so I can try it next time?

BARRIO FIESTA

Sharing with you some photos I took when I accompany my Mom in their Grand Alumni Homecoming at Jose Panganiban National High School. The theme is Barrio Fiesta, every batch have their own Bahay Kubo and the foods prepared were all Pinoy food. Everyone looks so happy, meeting their former classmates, reminiscing their old school days, and bringing each other up to date on how their lives have turned out.

The best antiques to collect are old friends.

ROMULOS CAFE

Everyone wants to celebrate Valentines Day with their love ones or friends, but at the same time everybody hates traffic. Oooh yeh, who loves traffic? We expect heavy traffic on Valentines Day because everyone is going out on a date. My friends and I decided to move our date on a later day (Feb 16 instead). After a brain rocking - body heating quiz in Accounting, we headed to Romulo Cafe a Filipino restaurant in Tomas Morato. I liked the interior a lot, because it is somewhat different from all the restaurants out there. The concept is very unique and the food is so delicious. The dishes are made with a twist and so yummy that will make you never forget the taste.
